On this page, you’ll find Talk’nPick online courses that help you learn the system’s core principles and key functionalities through practical examples.

The courses include illustrative videos and clear step-by-step instructions, making it easy to adopt smooth and error-free warehouse management processes. The training covers all essential warehouse workflows – receiving, put-away, internal transfers, picking, and inventory management.

 Talk’nPick-mobile application

The Mobile Application course covers the key warehouse operations, including goods receiving, put-away, internal transfers, picking, and inventory management. In addition, the course introduces how voice guidance works and the most commonly used voice commands.

The course includes written PowerPoint materials as well as illustrative videos. To enhance learning, it is recommended to complete the Mobile Application course alongside hands-on use of the application.

Completing all sections takes approximately one hour in total.

 Talk’nPick Tools -browser application

The Tools course focuses on using the browser-based Talk’nPick Tools application and the supervisory management functions it provides.

How can I register for the online training?

You do not need to register in advance for the online training. Click the online training button above to go directly to either the Talk’nPick Mobile or Tools online courses.

What do I need to participate (e.g., devices, software)?

The online training can be completed either on a computer browser or on a phone. You’ll get the most out of the Talk’nPick mobile course if you use the application at the same time as the training. You will need access to the Talk’nPick application and user credentials for both the mobile device and Tools. Credentials are provided by Devoca or your supervisor.

Can I attend the training at any time?

Yes, the training can be completed at any time..
