Olo-Apteekki is an online store of pharmacy and wellness products, which sales has grown a lot in recent years.
On Olo-apteekki’s website you can order products from over-the-counter medicines to wellness products, the selection covers a wide range of basic home pharmacy supplies, excluding prescription medicines. There are more than 3,000 products in warehouse and now they are scanned by three pickers using Devoca’s Talk’nPick solution to be send to online store customers.
The goal for the new picking solution was to streamline warehouse operations and improve efficiency and reduce picking errors. Devoca’s Talk’nPick is an easy-to-use solution that lowers the digitalization threshold, and separate steps are no longer needed for data transfer. Talk’nPick enables up to 40% faster and 80% more accurate work.
The Talk’nPick picking solution was integrated into the existing Magento e-commerce platform, to which customized data transfers can be made flexibly through an API/interface.
